There’s also not much you can do when the players ahead of you are giving the ball away and not trying to run back and leaving you isolated against a player who’s miles faster than you.

Bunch of lazy bastards. Fodens efforts to get back on that first goal were pathetic and he wasn’t the only one.

Not necessarily having a pop at him, but he does seem a bit slower this season, just missing a bit of pace relative to the very high levels he showed last year.

Not sure he’s 100% fit to be honest.

Was poor vs Wolves, today was decent, but should have done better. Not sure deserved to start ahead of Akanji, but the latter is not in his best form either.

He was absolutely top class today especially with a couple of tackles / blocks in the 6 yd box when a lesser defender might have rashly given away a pen.

Decent going forward too, played some nice balls through to Gvardi. Even for his glaring miss he showed great anticipation to get on the end of Erling’s flick.

I thought he was our MOTM today along with Walker

Yeah. Nothing major but hasn’t been as good as last season for me. I think I prefer Gvardiol over there for now.

Some fantastic forward passing today. When he’s at left back, he tends to be riskier with his passing than when he’s ant centre half and it really benefits the team.
