England will do there usual. IF England open up against Ireland and Wales they may well find themselfs under extreme pressure and will come up short in my opinion against both teams.

leighton said:
England wont win in Ireland or Wales this season. No fucking chance of England winning the championship. Ireland if they beat Wales will have a great chance as they play England and France at home going to Scotland and Italy away in the other games its got to be a great chance for Ireland this year as long as they beat Wales in the first game that is.

Well we wont have much longer to wait to find out just how good England are and Ireland. It will be good to watch thats for sure.

Not great at this divination lark are you mate?

You should be careful when you try to make someone look daft Sweep. Leighton's predictions sound good to me.

Oh hang on.....

As you were Sweep.

Best stick to the horses Leighton; the rugby doesn't seem to be your speciality!

Incredible performance from the forwards again.

Farrell is a machine.

I'm not saying anything more on it fella.

Wouldn't mind £50 in winnings though

Very professional display by young England side in poor conditions in front of a hostile crowd and with a French referee. Not one penalty conceded in our own half in the first half is a testament to the pack who were very dynamic in the loose, if a bit wanting in the set pieces. Ireland came back a bit in the second half, but an ageing O'Gara is no match for the Ice Man Farrell, who is looking more and more like a young Johnny Wilkinson every time I watch him. The slam is a definite possibility.

At the end of the autumn we started rucking properly, it's completely changed our team. We're phenomenal at the breakdown which gves the half backs quick clean ball and with Farrell's improved game management we're a force to be reckoned with. If the forwards can keep up this level France and Wales won't get close to us :)

On a side note Cian Healy is a horrible ****. Not got a problem with stamping if someone in the wrong but that could have broken his ankle, that and the forearm smash were just cheap shots from a player who's improved enough to be a Lion. Does himself no favours pissing off potential team-mates.

Should be cited and maybe miss the next couple of games

Nah, Wales will beat England in Cardiff. The English will still win the championship but no one cares about that if the winners haven't done the slam.

Wouldn't be a shock if England lost in Cardiff, this England side are decent, nothing more.

No they are better than that and Wales are desperate at the moment

Decent and young and improving and with a good coach and with plenty of competition for places. But no it wouldn't be a shock. I'd have thought the bookies would have the match pretty even.

Young side, relatively inexperienced who after a good series of Autumn Internationals culminating in a thrashing of the worlds best team, they have carried that confidence and form into the 6 nations and to win in Dublin, against a vastly more experienced and very much fancied side in atrocious conditions is a fantastic result that should not be underestimated.

Much, much more than decent fella.

I now know how Big Gaz feels. Too many handling errors from Ireland in tricky conditions. England done the usual. Took the penaltys well. Ireland losing both Zebo and Sexton in the first half was a bitter blow to take. Earls did ok just didnt look like getting a try. The team is getting slaughter for that preformance and rightly so. They should of done a hell of a lot better. I take nothing away from England done the usual kicked well over powered Ireland and quick around the breaking ball and pick up cheap penalties to win them the game.

Gutted as it was there for Ireland after the win in Wales. Wales will do what Wales do best and in a open game with ball in hand Wales still look as dangerous as ever. They wont want England and Ireland to win in Cardiff and hopefully Wales beat England and who knows who will win the 6 Nations this year.

Zebo out with a broken bone in his foot out for 10 weeks and Sexton a doubt for the next game with a hamstring injury.
