6 out?

Re: 6 out???

Wouldn't surprise me at all. I'm putting a fair bit of stock in the idea that we're due a mass overhaul. If we have good replacements lined up that are younger, cheaper with more potential, it's only sentiment standing in the way of a fair few players at the club. Sounds harsh, but that's how it is.

Re: 6 out???

I would say we keep Nasri . Bobby keeps playing him on the wings and that's why he has been giving shitty performances . Nasri plays from the Attacking midfield position similar to Ozil's position in RM . Silva can play as an attacking midfielder or from the wings but Nasri isn't like that. Play Nasri in the position he played in at Arsenal and the position he currently plays in for the French national team - Right behind Dzeko/Aguero

Re: 6 out???

makes me laugh everyone wants to sell barry, hes been one of our best this season. i agree he had a shocker last week but that doesnt turn him into a shiter over night. barry is quality.

but i suppose thats the norm on bluemoon. one second a player is amazing then he has one bad game and everyone wants him gone.

joke.

Kolo
Lescott
Kolarov
Nasri
Tevez
Dzeko
Balotelli (already gone)

I wouldn’t argue against selling any of these players and it will free up an enormous amount of wages. The key, obviously, is to replace all of these with two or three players absolute howitzer signings (bale, cavani level of player) and replace the rest with young players who will not command such high wages

Don't want to start a new thread,so posting in here...sorry if already posted.....do the lad good this..IMO

Manchester City youngster Rekik joins Blackburn on loan.

The 18-year-old defender has linked up with the Championship outfit until the end of the season as Mike Appleton looks to bolster his defensive options heading into the run-in

The Netherlands youth international, who can play at both left-back and centre-half, allowed his representative to meet with officials from the Championship club on Thursday in order to finalise the temporary move.

Rekik has made two first-team appearances for City, in the League Cup in 2011 before making his Premier League bow in a 1-0 win over Reading in December last year.

"Happy to say that I'm going on loan to Blackburn Rovers and be part of the team," Rekik posted on Twitter.

"Hope to win many games and learn for my future at Man City."

The young defender will now link up with the Blackburn squad and is eligible to play in their FA Cup fifth round tie against Arsenal on Saturday.

I prefer Silva to play behind striker/strikers, not Nasri.
Silva is a much better playmaker than Nasri.

As reported by the Manchester evening news and tuttomercato,6 out in the summer,apparently.....Lescott,kolarov,Sinclair,nasri,dzeko and tevez....dunno how true.

Add Barry and Kolo Toure and these are ALL the players I said should have gone LAST summer.................(with the exception of sinclair & Garcia & Rodwell who shouldn't have been here in the first place). Hopefully it will be very busy at the airport as this lot are dispatched.................

Is there 1 T or 2 in prat(t)? Gareth Barry has been one of our most consistent performers (again) this season - when did you last actually go to a match you garbage sprouting winkstain?

-- Tue Feb 19, 2013 9:23 am --

Barry out after the season he has had? What drugs are you on?

because of FFP the top earners who are not playing regular are in jeopardy....it all depends on whether mancini is still in charge too.

players such as

lescott
nasri
dzeko
kolorov
kolo toure
sinclair
maicon

are imo likely to be shown the door.....

Add Garcia and the list is correct - to be honest they should have either been got rid of last summer or not signed at all....................a wasted year

-- Tue Feb 19, 2013 11:13 am --

Lescott, Kolarov, Barry, Nasri, Sinclair, Tevez. This six I reckon.

Dunno about Barry, but IMO,the other 5 seem likely......but I also think nothing will happen till we find out what the script is with Mancini.

a whole team going down the road some reckon

--------------------------------Wright-------------------------------
Maicon------------Kolo-------------Lescott----------------Kolarov
---------Nasri----------Garcia------------Barry------------Sinclair
------------------------Dzeko-------Tevez---------------------------

Shame really, some of those have still got something to give us, not Bridge or Rocky tho!

If all of them leave including bridge and rocky who are without doubt
I will give you my life savings, all £3.50 of them

Still think Kolarov has got something to offer the squad! He's as good a back up player you'll find!

The problem with the likes of Kolo, Barry, Lescott and Kolarov is that they were all signed as "first teamers" so have wages to match. We can't afford to keep these players on high wages when they are only going to be "back up".
