I was assuming 60mph which would be around 0.6 seconds before the ball crossed the line in which case the image would have had to be within 0.4 seconds of it changing to 67:30 otherwise it would have changed to 67:31. If you know it was at taken exactly at 67:30 then it would still be 67:30 when crossing the line.Not if he hits it above 34.77mph
