7 minutes?????????

4 minutes added, then...

89:54 - Bellamy scores
91:18 - game restarts
92:02 - Carrick on for Anderson (30 seconds added for the substitution, like in all games)

So the game should end at 95:48

Owen scores at 95:14

The ref added 30 seconds for the United goal also and finished the game
at 96:18, which would be 100% correct.

All this crying 'cheat' is stupid - in any case, any extra time could have benefited City instead of Utd.

Genuine commiserations. It was a fantastic game.
Too f**king right you're Anon you dirty RAG, 7 minutes of extra time for that match is well out of proportion I'm proud that we don't rely on poor referees to win matches but you lot should be bloody ashamed.

Stop the nicey nicey shit. Just go and fuck yourself.

Don't rise to it, shit happens it was a belter of a match and the ref played 6 minutes injury time, we knew this was going to be the case before we went there, what I think was bollox was the abortion of a tackle on SWP by Vidic, it was a bloody awful challenge and yellow was a joke, Bellamy is a legend, love him, he has heart and talent didn't deserve to be on the losing side today.

Those numbers are beyond dubious. You pick and choose the rules for both goals. The fact is that only 16 seconds play was given after the Owen goal.

The idea that *all* of the time for Bellamys celebration should be added on as extra is ludicrous and completely in contrast by what happened with Owens goal and celebrations.

It will be interesting to see if this is looked in at the moment by the press (I doubt it).

What I've heard (I didn't see the match), 4 minutes put up by the linesman, 1 minute for our equaliser (wouldn't have been included in the 4 minutes), 30 seconds for the sub and 1 minute for their celebration.

All seems fairly logical, as much as I would like to cry "Fergie Time".

It would be logical mate but for the fact after Owen scored the ref only played on for 16 more seconds or so. Unless of course he knew they were going to score so decided to let them have this time before their goal!!
