Alvarez was the closest I have seen to Tevez in regards to work rate from a forward.

Agree. It’s hard for me to think of anyone that pressed as diligently as Alvarez. He was everywhere.

I feel for Omar. He never gets minutes and then he comes on for a 5 minute cameo he understandably doesnt look match fit. AFCON might be a good chance for him to shake off the rust but no good if he just comes back to the same bench

Didn’t do to bad for us when he signed last season, without him we wouldn’t have got champions league football. Also unfortunate to pick up an injury during the early parts of this season.

I find the Jesus comparisons baffling, but anyway.

I think the only comparison with Jesus is neither of them seem to know the offside rule.

I thought he was going to be brilliant (Jesus) for the first few games. Then I realised the offside decisions weren't just unlucky.

Anyway, Marmoush is an odd one. Doesn't really fit our team and think it'd suit him to go elsewhere
