Are you including the pass to Gundogan in that? All he had to do was roll it calmly for a certain goal. He could even take a touch first if he wants to steady himself. Instead he panics and makes a poor connection to twat it too far infront of Gundogan.If other players could finish Sterling would have had 2 assists today and should have gotten a penalty.
So that's probably why Pep picked him.

Very disappointing again, pale shadow of the Sterling from earlier in the season. His first touch and decision making are shocking at the moment and we desperately need him to return to form asap.
