I know he is getting all the plaudits in the media but I’m not seeing the same player I was 12 months ago. He creates absolutely nothing these days as a winger but he gets plenty of goals. I think there’s an argument for him playing up front.

Hopefully it’s just poor form but I do worry about him. I thought he would be a leader this season and take games by the scruff of the neck but without a strong midfield behind him he’s shrunk and hidden from the challenge!

Bit more than last month. Two at least. He was very good only first 4-5 weeks of the season. After that average at best, except vs Atalanta and Dinamo at home.

He carries a heavy load on and off the pitch,maybe he needs a rest but without sergio we can't do that,he is the one you don't take off as he plugs away till he scores,the system has changed and it's not suiting anyone really
