Incredible skills of positioning and anticipating where he needs to be usually.

But once he has the ball or he has to control the ball he starts fumbling, hesitating, choose the wrong move, make an awful shot, misscontrol etc.

Frustrating as hell. Haaland would bury 2 goals from every chance Sterling has.

every time he gets the ball he slows up looking for a pass i’d rather him have a go at someone even is he loses the ball now and then hence why i’m convinced it’s a confidence issue

I'm hearing Raheem has been getting racist abuse on social media tonight.

Utterly abhorrent if true.
You're downplaying a potential quadruple here, do you work for the media?

All the players we have a played an important part in our successes this season. They're all top quality. You can't trade away these players without losing something. Get a more clinical player than Sterling, lose a player with Sterling's positive qualities.
Apart from being fast and his movement what positive qualities as a footballer does he add?
I’m not downplaying them but all these trophies are there for the taking and we need to grasp the opportunity. Tonight worried me. The standards of our rivals especially in Europe is poor. We need to take advantage. I don’t rate this City side as highly as the the other 2 Pep Championship winning sides(do you?) but they could win more the way this season is heading.

Not really, because we tangibly tackle other crimes by giving the culprit a nice contract at her majesty's pleasure. At the moment our media and social media outrage just emboldens them.

We tangibly tackle this crime as well, you just don't hear about it for a while after the abuse.

True and these utter gobshites are literally just typing something horrible and pathetic. It’s easy for them to get a cheap thrill and they aren’t really a threat to society. They’re just low life scum. Publicity feeds their sad little egos.

I get they’ll always get that publicity but if they didn’t they’d probably not bother.

He's our top goal scorer this season, a season where we have looked as good as we ever have, he is second for assists, and by the end of the season he'll have as many league trophies as any other player in our history. His positional play is some of the best in the league, and he's super, super smart. Pep likes him precisely because he slows the game down, allowing us to set ourselves, and his passing is fantastic. He has it in him to miss a sitter, so be it, but some of you all need to have a word with yourselves.
