If he had a brain he could have come away with about 3 assists. Instead he tried to do it all himself and strengthened Phil and Riyad's places in the team in the process.

This might be weird to say but did Sane make Sterling look better than he is? most of sterlings goals were from Sane's assists in his best seasons.

With this performance he SHOULD NOT be anywhere near team sheet. Given far TOO MANY chances. He will NEVER move that level up.

Genuinely might be the worst performance he's had in a city shirt and there's been some bad ones.

No longer does the things that once made him vital to the team i.e. move off the ball, thinks he's good enough to play like a gundogan/kdb by dropping deep and picking the ball up deep but doesn't have the skill set to do that to even a championship standard nevermind for us. It's been this way for 18 months now and there's very little signs of it changing. He's useless to us if he's not moving off the ball behind the line.

They'd be nobody interested in him to consider selling him.
