Well I've never ever thought Sterling was lazy he's always put the graft in if he didn't he'd have been benched a long time ago.

Did you see his miss? His problem is he doesn't work hard enough. He seems to 'do his bit' - flunks it; and then stands still.

I saw it again on the highlights. I think he just took his eye off the ball and scuffed it. But I'll settle for one goal and one miss from everybody. If we keep a clean sheet it's 11-0 every game.

Not really sure there's a 'spat'. Seems to be mutual respect between Raheem and Pep but Raheem isn't always the strongest available player for the balance of skills Pep wants. Doesn't always have to be a drama if there's a professional disagreement.

There have been reports of them having arguments before, which apparently led to him having been out of the squad in a game. Also, we can read into what they say in interviews between the lines. Still think they both respect each other of course
