First half he was non existent , but like the rest of the team improved after the break , like KDB , Sterling , Mahrez nowhere near their best form but second half performance was a big plus and saw a lot more of the ball. Difficult choice for the derby game , an out of sorts KDB or Gundogan.

I know someone who worked with the team at City for 15 years who said that Ilkay Gundogan and Nedum Onuoha are the two nicest blokes we’ve ever had play for us in that time.



Was the opposite to his last game where he faded badly due to lack of match sharpness; tonight he was quiet first half and grew into the game
