Brilliant. Strolled around the pitch like he was playing against a bunch of under 12s. Controlled the game and the villa midfield couldn't get near him. Effortless. Player of the year.

Showing a petulant side . The 1st booking was unprofessional as was the feigned dive near the end which deserved a 2nd card. He moves around like a rolls royce and doesn't need to be a drama queen.

Such a fantastic player and 4 years left on his contract.

Unfortunately he does, or he just won't be given the free kicks. If the players didn't already know that then Foden's denial of a blatant pen vs Southampton will have taught them. Don't think he'd feel the need to do the same were he still in Germany.

The great thing about Gund is when KDB is absent he steps up a gear , far more effective and takes on the creative responsibility , when KDB plays he obviously adds to the teams assists and chances and we get two superb midfield players. But if there was a player of the season vote , Gundo would get mine with Dias a very close 2nd.
