1. Best at passing the ball under pressure and in small passes on the whole teamI dont think thats true,the majority will just be happy with a midfielder that can pass the ball,challenge strongly where required,and inspire his teammates by giving nothing less than 100%.

3. Gives 100% (how do you know he isn't, or how do I know he is?) he is the best on the ball and gives confidence to his team when he is on it.
He is what you want in a midfielder, from your own criteria, and other professional players and coaches say how good he is, but there are many on this forum who don't know football, they want Xhaka.
You should read this thread from beginning to end if you don't believe me, he get's criticized EVEN when he plays multiple games in a row where he is putting near MotM performances.
