80 milestone turned

October 25th was the big day - a couple of days prior we knocked in five goals, I hoped we would score three against Southamton which would mean over the two games it would be 8-0. Not to be, but the milestone became even better when I saw the rags had been beaten by a controversial VAR decision.
All the best, mate. You're lucky to have seen the great Mercer/Allison team and now this. Happy days!

Firstly, a big thankyou to all who have conveyed birthday wishes - appreciated.

My younger sister is as blue blooded as myself. She organised a poster of the Front Page of the "Manchester City News" The write-up announced that I had signed a five-year contract with a value of 55 million. Erling couldn't wait to play alongside me! Hilarious and it set the scene for a very amusing lunch with family.

I've framed the poster which will shortly be attached to a wall amongst my other City pictures.

i am still pondering what to do with the 25 p increase on my state pension, wont even be 25 p as it will be indirectly taxed, absolute piss take even dreaming 25p a week could make the slightest difference, at a time when cigs are £15 a pack, fish n chips over a tenner, fuel gas and electric are at sky high levels, same with rent and mortages. Classing the state pension as a "benefit" is a pernicious lie, constantly peddled by the msm. On the upside, i now save £3 instead of £2 when taking the bus....whoopie dooo
