I did read it, I put it aside for later and then forgot. What I do know of end of war politics, and I confess I should know a great deal more about this than I do because it is a collision between my interest in military history and politics, I mostly got from academic articles rather than books. What I'd do if I were you is go on to Amazon and look up the books with the best reviews on Yalta, Potsdam and then the Japanese surrender as well (though these will be covered in books on Yalta and Potsdam as well).
