He's been unlucky not to have more assists than one so far this season. If there was another Haaland for him to pass to, he would have had two assists just todaySummed up his game well, but perhaps missed his improving passing
He's not the only one...I'd say he must be fuming inside when Pep subs him off when he has scored 2 in a match.

He lives for goals. He's smarter than that. He knows he's our main striker and should be as fresh as possible, as he starts every single game in the PL/CL.
Part of the reason he struggled last season after an excellent start was that he was overplayed. Keeping him fresh and hungry is key to this season.
Two goals away from the PL 100 club… and he’s played 107 games!
Pep used to do the same with Agüero - 8 times when having scored a brace Pep subbed Kun… now done it 15 times with Haaland.I thought my ears were deceiving me when I heard 8 hat tricks scored in PL in 2025.
None for Erling and then the reporter went through who had scored the last hat trick for each PL club and Erling was on the missing list again.

We need to talk a bit more about this guy's hold-up play. Because it has come on by leaps and bounds since his first season with us. It's for the others to take their chances and score. Because he creates for them.
Still slightly out on his timing for his headers. Second half, lovely cross, can't remember from whom, but he had a completely free header. It arced over the entire defence. He leapt a bit too early (or a bit too late). Came off the top off his head and over the bar. Would have been his hat trick, done and dusted. If I say it, it is because this guy is a beast. I literally believe he can score quite a lot more from aerial balls, and if he can, he can be getting 35-40 goals in the PL alone, regularly.
