Aguero can actually create chances on his own and score goals out of nowhere, Jesus needs it served on a plate from 2 yards. Right now he’s only capable of being offside and missing pens. Not a goal threat at all

It's one chance today but many more over numerous games. Even the ones he does manage to score are are off his neck, shoulder, in off the keeper etc (the one standout being the 100 point goal) - will never be a consistant striker, struggles to know where the goal is and isn't technical and clinical enough. Of course all his fans will tell us how hard he works - well as today proves - that's not enough.

Before this is turned into a but but but Aguero....
I agree he's no longer the reliable striker he once was either - unfortunately we need 2 strikers but realisically will get only one.

Aguero hardly makes goals out of nothing, he gets serviced chances. People on here are embellishing jesus goal scoring ability. Spoiled users imo, be happy we have him.

Good player but well short of the superstar everyone was told he would be when he came. You just can't keep missing chances like that.

Aguero isn't clinical either, he scores his goals through sheer number of shots he has. The fact he has the best goals to minute ratio in prem history doesnt prove otherwise either as Dzeko and Gabby are also on that list despite being his back-ups.

Why when he's criticised, and rightly so, do we get the rearguard Aguero comparisons? We need a new player that will convert regularly. Aguero is understanably not the player he once was and Jesus simply ain't good enough.
