Totally agree, but I'm sure we'll cope without her, she's a bit of a flat track bully to me, yeah she scores a lot of goals, but often against the lesser teams, and sometimes looks disinterested/frustrated in games when she isn't scoring.The sooner the decision with Shaw is sorted the better, whichever way it goes.
Completely agree that we need to prioritise someone who is clinical. Tbh, Kerolin is pretty prolific and can get a shot away. She wouldnt be a bad shout to play upfront.If the club can find a striker who is clinical, the team should be OK without Shaw, mostly because Miedema and Hemp are so good at creating chances for Shaw--or any striker. Fowler is a very good attacking player, but hasn't she almost always played wide? The team will miss Shaw's physicality and size--and, perhaps most of all, her heading ability. She scores a lot of goals with her noggin'---and with her size and height is very hard to defend in the box.
I like Yamashita as a keeper; don't see the need for another. I do think Keating has always been overrated. The team needs another good centerback.

Giving 2-3 players’ salary to one player is quite a risk though.

However, as a footballer, outside of scoring we could do better that compliments the team well. When Bunny is having a bad game or hardly running round, it’s like playing with 10. I’d be thrilled if she signed but on the flip side, if we can replace her with someone younger who scores even half the amount of goals who helps link play with our midfield, would we be better off for it?
