That script / text on the sticker. I have some records with that exact style of writing. Must be picadilly records or eastern bloc.

I bought virtually all my dance stuff from Eastern Bloc or Spin Inn, and used Piccadilly mostly for rock stuff (and buying concert tickets); I don’t recall them having too much of a dance selection, so my money’s on Eastern.
