I had 1210’s at 15 due to my mums partner at the time a well known DJ in Manchester. Dj’ing at Paradise Factory Dry Bar Danceteria and others even did ST George’s hall with Nigel Benn.
I’d get my early tunes from Eastern Blocc loved going into the basement with big speakers hanging on the chains on the ceiling. And he’d get his tunes from Herbies in Stockport (Herbie Saccani). He does the Moovin festival Ethrow Park which I’ve been to over the last few years.

He was a Hac dj wasn't he? I only got the arse end of the Hac and it was up its own arse, not for me.
I am more early to mid 90's house, plus sll the 1992 breakbeat hardcore stuff, never really got into the acid/303 stuff.
