I don't think everyone who was in the Nazi party bought into the ideology. Some will have merely been attracted to their rather natty uniforms.

Its not going too well in Tibet when they just said no to ChinaI see merciless murder as nothing but that. Whoever gets in a plane and drops bombs on people is a coward in my eyes just like this man who stood and watched many people be tortured. Most wars wouldn't be fought if we dropped the patriotism and fear and just said no. As I'd like to believe that there is more sane, compassionate people who don't want to fight rather than vice versà. This goes for everyone in the world. Say no to weapon manufacturing for a start.
I dont think the Frenchies were to enamoured with his decision at Mers El KibirWith regards to my original point. If the Germans had won then no doubt it would have been Churchill being charged with war crimes. The victors have always decided what the history books say.
Just no is for everyone, like I said fake borders and fictional countries have people hating each other a siding with what rich men dictate, if the regular Chinese people taking barbaric orders also said no then hey presto no fighting. Its not going too well in Tibet when they just said no to China
Unfortunatley bullies dont tend to say no untill they at least get a bloody noseJust no is for everyone, like I said fake borders and fictional countries have people hating each other a siding with what rich men dictate, if the regular Chinese people taking barbaric orders also said no then hey presto no fighting.

Who knows what the late great Bert Trautmann did when acting under orders? Once serving it becomes very difficult for any soldier to refuse to carry out his duties because of his own conscience.
