pretty sure that is the figure I saw quoted in an article. 3-4k a week to run it in cold weather like today. they have cost us easily that much alone in travel.

I'm sure Hughes is happy that he doesn't have to risk Robinho's ankle on a hard frozen pitch. Its a shame for us fans but overall its a safe and sensible decison in terms of risk manangement. Doesn't alter the fact that its scandulous that a club in the top flight doesn't have under soil heating.
