HIS TEAM OF THE SEASON^^^^^ no robin van persie!???-RVP was only the most on form player all season- there is no dispute in this!

Errh that's a team made up of Rag and City players only, it says so clearly. Hence no RVP.

Hanns Peterson, Terry Chrstian land..He's a supa guy. (08/05/2012 at 10:09)

That's right Mr nass99, I was recently in Malaysia talking to my good friend "Sur" who said that his friend in Singapore "Lusa" thought that Citeh had somewhat lost their soul.

I'm surprised this one hasn't been bumped since 13th May. Maybe it's because everyone now loves Marin Tyler (who I never personally minded) and Paul Merson (who I did and do).

Anyway, as the glow of goodwill towards the rest of mankind ebbs away ever so slightly, let us not forget those who mocked and derided our club for daring to break down the established order.

Let us not forget the taunts of Alan Green who said "Manchester City, Champions League? You're having a laugh".

Let us not forget all the bitter ex-united pro's egged on by Taggart, who sneered at our lack of team spirit and ability to handle the pressure.

Let us not forget all those journalists on Sunday Supplement (Henry Winter and Martin Samuel notwithstanding) who questioned our manager and our owners' ability to deliver.

Our club maintained a dignified silence throughout last season, with the possible exception of Paddy Vieira's comment about Scholes, but that doesn't mean we, as supporters, have to be quite so restrained going forward. Many of these people would have been pointing and laughing if things had turned out differently on 13th May. The line between success and failure in football, as in life, is very narrow, so let's be grateful for our good fortune but not forget those who were willing a different outcome.

As they try to climb up our backsides in the years ahead I, for one, will never forget who our friends were when we weren't sat at the top of the English game.

Revenge is a dish best served cold.

Alan Green also said on the very eve of our take-over by Mansour that we wouldn't win the league in the next 10 years. The only person I've calmed down about is Moyes as I always thought baconchops had him in his pocket (psychologically speaking) but it turns out that just at the moment when it really counted he didn't. Moyes is still a c***, though. Just not as big a one as I thought.
