I was being facetious mate. We haven't really got a defence at the minute, have we?!Park the bus? I’m not sure we have a player with a defensive bone in their body. Most if not all are attack minded and that’s how Pep sees football. An entertainment. I do get what you mean though, perhaps play with an extra defender? Or an extra holding midfielder, maybe?

Yeah, I always interpreted it like that. We've certainly got the funds to buy. Not that it impacts directly on the charges as I understand them. Simply it's good p.r., showing that we're being good boys who are prepared to play the game.

The difference is, Liverpool don’t look like losing a game under Slot. Klopp’s teams always had a poor 2nd half of the season, as he burnt his players out in the first half of the season. Slot’s football is completely the opposite. If, If, City lose against Spurs and Liverpool, City aren’t making 12points back on Liverpool. Not with this team and squad.
Sorry, but I just can't fathom why people can't see that they're having very rocky periods in most games they play. Yes, they're being very clinical, and they've got this bloody man Salah who is a) never injured, apparently, for years on end b) can be counted on to pop up round about the seventieth minute to put the final nail in a game that, as often as not, was threatening to get out of control. I really think it could turn on a sixpence. They might go through to the end of the season like this, but they are simply not comparable to, say, the juggernaut that won the league at a canter in 2019-20.
They are less convincing than their results show. However, if those results continue, fair play to them.

All woman, in fact;) Funny you should say that, a few years ago, when someone would call me mate, (not in this forum), as near everyone seems to call everyone ‘mate’, I did used to find it strange being called ‘mate’ because I attributed it to being a bit blokish, now I just think nothing of it.I took it you were female.
