Our daughters symptoms only started the week before she was diagnosed and we'll never know how long the tumour may have been there. But we've heard of plenty of cases where people have taken their kids umpteen times to a different doctors and still don't get diagnosed. It often takes an optician to realise the danger as they can detect the pressure build up behind the patients eyes.

Just spent 6 weeks taking my Mum to the Christie every day for radiotherapy on her brain tumour which we only discovered last year and had been growing for 30 years, nowhere near the same i know

Still a shock and a worrying time whatever the age and seriousness of it mate, hope all goes well.
