A minority of Stoke fans let their team down on Saturday

You did, I rushed away from Wembley after the celebrations, and by the time I was at Wembley Park tube, I was in the middle of your fans, who were behaving impeccably and still singing proudly, there were few blues around, but nobody I saw got any stick, the tube I got on was about 95% Stoke, and again no problem.

We have a minority of idiots, same as any other team.

It's unfortunate but it happens.

I also thought that the Stoke team, fans and manager conducted themselves rather well and were gratious in defeat to us
By the way why are you a member on Bluemoon if you support Stoke?[/quote]

WTF ??
We welcome any supporters who don`t bad mouth us !!
I also thought it was too good to be true because normally we get idiots who support the scum and spuds etc... But it is nice to a see a none Man City fan on this forum that doesn't bad mouth us

I posted this the other day but apart from thgese everyone should give themselves a pat on their back. When i posted this first time i thought someone might have known these characters.

First of all congratulations on winning the FA cup, which was well deserved.

The majority of City fans were excellent although unfortunately at around 9.30 at Toddington services we ran into your scum.

Well done to their lads who started on a 25 seater at Toddington.
Slapping a lone Stokie in the bogs surrounded by 50 Blues whilst his wife waited outside.Cowards.

Twatting another loan 50 year old who didnt want to know.Shameful.

Probably 300 Man City and 25 Stoke including women. Not that all the City were involved.

Afterwards when one Stoke lad Stood up to you,we saw the culprits true colours, three of yours backed off shitting themselves before calling upon another 30 or so to help out against 4-5.

Funny though you couldnt shift them who stood up to you with all your numbers.

As for the fat **** with the bald head yes we are Sjoke and we dont know where the n40 are lol.Same with the tall long haired one eyed lad.
What we do know is your faces will be remembered.

Hooligans fucking bullies more like.I know we all have them but this was shamefull.

So if you know these characters or they are reading this.I hope your embarrassed by your cowardly behaviour, ones thing for sure you will never be welcome in stoke on trent unlike the bulk of your City counterparts.

Good luck in your quest for champions leauge success.

I am also a Stokey, and the atmosphere on Saturday was remarkably civilised both before and after the game. We chatted and shared insecurities with any number of Man City fans on the way to and from the match. That civilised approach did not diminish the passion (a much overused word, but right in this context) during the game.

Virtually all Stokies I have heard recognise that 1-0 did not reflect your dominance - but also whilst (quite rightly) the media story was a landmark achievement/season for you, it has also been a monumental season for us.

You will undoubtedly go on to bigger and better things. Our aspirations must be more modest - but the trajectory is in the right direction (for the time being).

I wd be inclined not to let the Baker St incident get too much in the way.

Well said. And good luck on your European adventure next year.

Good post mate.

Shared the tube with a few on the way back; had to point out to themwhat they were saying about having no soul was absolute bollocks. They had no comeback.

Then to see 500 of them turn up on Tuesday... dissapointing and one of the worst turn outs this season.

quite a misleading title as ultimately it was you who had to apologise

Really?

We apologised simply to calm the situation, not necessarily because we had been in the wrong, even though if you re-read my post I said that we shouldn't have done it.

My complaint wasn't about chucking a few bits of bread (which was funny and in the the spirit of things) it was their threats towards us considering the young people in our group.

Like I said the overwhelming majority of Stokies were superb.

Thanks for that information OJ - that was five minutes of my life I'll never get back.

Good and bad everywhere!
