the club is currently going in a totaly new direction some of the kids have been let go free some have been froze out and some have opted to leave rightly or wrongly the new way of doing things is going to take quite some time .for instance andy welsh the new academy directer sits next to kidd on matchdays which jc never did so this indicates we have a real ambition of buying the best kids in the world and i feel under the new manager and staff the kids who we buy will get a chance but as this is a total new way of doing things its going to take time.the kids who have been released or froze out have been judged by mr marwood and andy welsh not sure we should of done it that way but its been done now maybe bobby manc should of been allowed to have a look
