Do any of you have a recipe for a Paddy's pizza you would like to share? I remember when I lived back home (Northern Ireland) there was a restaurant that served this pizza. The base of it is made from a soda farl and all I remember was that it wasn't like a regular pizza but had cheese on it. We're going back 15 years here. I'm craving it today big time. Over here in New York, I can't get the soda farls but I have made them myself and they are close to the real thing :-) So if you've had one or know a good recipe, I would be most grateful.

PS I googled but didn't get much.

That soda bread is bloody horrible, we used to get full irish breakfasts in the digs before we went to work on a morning when we were working in belfast and that crap was always on it.

Sorry to hear that Haller but it's lovely fried.
might have been the shitty cooks then, but most of the time it seemed half raw.
I'm not used to how soda bread should taste really, so just going off what i was served up.

Ohh, and it was fried..supposedly, well the outside was.
