A traffic management operative sets out TM (cones etc) for roadworks, road closures, temp traffic signals, diversions etc.
The pay would depend on qualifications and experience. 30k average plus plenty of overtime.
A-plant are always advertising so a high turnover of staff should tell it's own story.
I don't think they pay the best either.
