if you are able to could someone tell us the chances of mark hughes "walking", my feeling is there may be a battle of wits going on at city, i want to know just who appointed brian marwood, was it hughes , cook or the owners?i feel this could be a conflict area, dont know why, i just do.my bet is marwood has ruffled some feathers and may have been behind the JC move.now if mark is'nt in total control i can see him doing one.

just my thoughts.
 
Hughes is under huge pressure at the moment, that is a fact borne out by his safety first tactics employed by the side over the last few games.

No idea about Marwood but Garry Cook is certainly conspicuous by his absence recently; the 3 home games coming up are pivotal imo in which direction we take - nothing short of 4 points from the 2 league games plus advancement in the Cup will suffice.

I get the feeling the media have their daggers drawn but are just waiting for the right moment to stick the knife in, lots of rumours knocking about but not many outlets are printing them at the moment - could be down to Rafa and the dippers hogging the pages i suppose.
 
Does anyone really know the truth about JC? He seems to toe the official line and say that he is happy with his new role. Results in the youth team don`t seem too hot though since he has gone. Brian Marwood used to work for Nike a la Garry Cook so that is where the link is.

A supposed ITK posted on here that Cassell was ready for semi retirement and it was under his own instigation that he moved on.
