A s**t away end full of tourists

I'm in.

There is room for another group of 'activists' who operate with complete independence.

The OSC & 1894 depend on the club for support,a new group must be prepared to be more radical and direct in its actions.

Now is the time.....how to do it ??

start off with banners and more

They aren't just random seats around the away end. They are in batches. The Barcelona fans had two rows of 10 or so in different parts of the away end.

It is 100% the club as part of some contract or something
It certainly looks that way. If it’s not then maybe they should communicate it, because the overriding sense is people are getting pretty pissed off about this.

Where is this new Ticketing Compliance Manager that was hired last year? Would be nice to hear something from him or is he just trying to screw us legacy fans instead?

We all know it’s been going on for years, I recall having 4 x Chinese lads sad next to me at Old Trafford for the 6-1 game. None of them moved a muscle or showed any emotion when any of the goals went in.

But yesterday the Barca crew with their replica shirts was the straw that broke the camels back. They are making us the laughing stock of football.

Maybe when somebody counts the empty seats on Wednesday night the penny might drop.

When the 115 charges were announced those running the club should have done everything possible to engage with supporters that go to home an away games.

They’ve done nothing.

They don’t even engage with toothless City Matters committee they were forced to set up.

They have killed the atmosphere at home games and are now on their way to doing at away games too.

Exactly. United give a full breakdown of where their away tickets go, while at City it’s clouded in secrecy. They won’t even tell us how many fans are in each points bracket which would be handy to know, if only for the reason that it would give fans an idea if they might qualify for an away ticket and could then make plans off the back of that.
Maybe United do give a full breakdown, but I could still go on any Internet ticket sites and get tickets for Uniteds games, home or away, all I have to do is pay a bit extra than face value .... just as I can for any other big Premier League club.

We also seen with Covid that the show still goes on without fans or without fans
Well it did in one sense but no question it was an inferior product.

But you cannot fill a ground with tourists where success is not happening or the match is not attractive. The partial reason the tv money is so massive is that the stadiums are full and tickets are difficult to come by - the next best thing to being there. Once that atmosphere is so diluted that anyone can go, that premium is reduced.

This is what happened to Serie A where large sections of fanbases stopped attending games, leaving half empty stadiums, a lower quality league and massively reduced tv income as a result.

So what’s the point in paying extra money for double ticket points if they are not needed?

Fuck your double loyalty points and give us back our years of £50’s
If you or anyone else paid money (not ticket price) for loyalty points to put yourself above other City fans, and now struggle for tickets because of tourists, that's karma baby. She's a woman.

It’s these ticket sites, you can chose home or away end at literally any game. Friends of mine from the states went to United v Spurs last season and it was slightly cheaper in the away end to get 4 together so they did. Didn’t support either club just wanted a premier league weekend experience.
Yep, exactly what I've been saying ......we bought four seats on a ticket site for a home section up at Newcastle when we played them a few weeks back.
