A s**t away end full of tourists

Chelsea was good, Newcastle up and down (12.30) West Ham decent for that stadium, Bournemouth was dreadful, hardly any regular faces like yesterday, Brighton was good until we fell off tree defensively, I'm not at Palace but Villa and Leicester should be good as long as tickets get in right hands.
I'm going to both Villa and Leicester. Villa should be decent but Leicester should be even better. The 2021-22 season when we won 1-0 there with Bernardo scoring was probably the best City away atmosphere in the past decade for me. The singing was non-stop with everyone joining in. The following season was good too but not quite at the same level.

I can’t fathom why sponsors get tickets for away games home ones I understand. To think a multi million pound sponsorship deal hinges on if they get a couple of away tickets is madness. Tell them no sorry we only get 3000 max tickets but you can have a decent few for the home games

And you know that how?
You’re probably more clued up than most about how it all works. Don’t the club sell them to ticket agencies that do the packages at daft prices? If they don’t then surely they are aware of it?

I get what you’re saying.
But is boycotting really the solution with a club like City?
Would they not just fill the empty seats with more tourist fans?
3,500 available tickets for Wednesday night suggests not.

It looked like more than four in the gang to me ;-)

Weren't the large group of Belgians at Arsenal a result of Vincent Kompany pooling all the players tickets? I also saw someone in a Chelsea tracksuit at Arsenal; he was getting a load of grief and showed the envelope his ticket came in, and it had a City player's name on it, so obviously a mate.
But still, common sense should dictate you don't wear another teams merch at a rival teams ground. Like at west ham the other day, someone's going to get twatted eventually
