for me only the sopcast links are reliable
acestream etc nearly always buffer at some point despite changing buffer settings and other optimisation
browser/flash streams are always a last resort

sopcast links hard to find these days

wiziwig always listed the sopcast streams so it's a big loss but I guess they will be listed elsewhere. Although the sopcast streams are French or Russian the quality is superb and scale up nicely when I plug the macbook into the telly.
