As Malcolm Allinson once said with cigar in hand "Do me a favour"Rashford? Unhappy at the Rags, proven goal scorer, World Cup semi finalist, used to winning trophies. We'd pay his wage demands as we pay well over the odds for our own English players. He'd also replace Aguero without missing a step, I'd actually say he could replace him now, he's at that level already and still young.
I'll give it a go, but I can't do Monday nights or every other Wednesday.
But, iirc, Asa came back.As Malcolm Allinson once said with cigar in hand "Do me a favour"
Pogba only does thur nights apparently??We don't need another Pogba
Fyi,Just looked at Soccerbase?
Jesus bought Summer 2016 so in 3 seasons, 35 league games (27 goals)
Aguero - Summer 2011 8 seasons, 210 league games (164 goals)
Not sure about last season, just appears that Aguero always missed a chunk of each season he's been here and Jesus has had a couple of bad ones injury wise.
No back up but Pep must be looking surely?
True all that,Yep the club will be forward planning. Aguero has missed games in the past and the fact it seems to take him a few games to get back his game sharpness makes it worse. I wouldn't call either of them injury prone though mate. A lot of Jesus lack of games is because he cannot force Aguero out of the picture.
agreed, like i think Sir Winston Churchill said "Fuck'en 'ell, NO!"As Malcolm Allinson once said with cigar in hand "Do me a favour"
Totally disagree..KUN is a little warrior. He gets kicked shitless any in jury's are usually impact hardly his fault. We have a top drawer but injury prone pair, in Aguero and Jesus.
Outside these, he has a go with Raheem up top, but he's no centre forward.
I believe we need a back up.
There doesn't appear to be anyone in the reserves looking like making the shift up to a truly specialist position, so Who's available?
He would have to accept playing second fiddle to the above pair, so probably somebody very young, like Felix at Benfica, although rumours that Atletico have him, or perhaps a Cavani?
