As we approach the 125th anniversary of our football club's birth, I think it's fitting we have just completed our greatest ever season.

Amongst the mud slinging, smear campaign, not just the club, but us as fans have endured over the last 12-18 months, we have maintained our integrity, whilst the club have gone from strength to strength.

So here's to the first club from Manchester to win a major domestic honour...
To Hyde & Maine Road
To the Alexander family
To Eric Brook, Fred Tilson & Peter Doherty
To the record breaking 84,000 at Maine Road
To Bert Trautmann and the team of 1955 & '56
To the solidarity after the Munich Air Disaster
To big Joe & Malcolm, and the team(s) they built...
Bell, Lee, Summerbee and the rest
To the 1968 English Champions & ensuing era
To PJ Swales and 35 years of hurt
To Tony Book's blue & white army
The '81 Cup Final
to the BEST fans in the land and all the world
Kinkladze and the downs
Joe Royle, Gillingham and the ups
Kevin Keegan, Ali Benarbia and 100 goals a season
To being back in the big time and staying here
To Sheikh Mansour & the awaking of an English giant
To our greatest ever team & era
To Pep Guardiola
& Finally to Vincent Kompany

City, loves you more than you could know.

Feel free to add.

Oh, and it's only gonna get better.

utter shite, not a mention of world cup winner Alan Ball

You didn't mention the chips running out fella. Or Gerry Creaney. Or Jamie P(B)ollock. Or Steve Daley. Or Allison's second coming. Or Wigan fucking Athletic. Or Hugh Ferris. Or.........

Why don't City count 1880. as a founding year? Aren't other clubs counting a founding year the first date despite changes of name later?
