Didn’t know Tommy Hutchison scored both goals as for their goal he was obscured by a pillar.

Absolutely mind numbing.

Bournemouth 3-3 when Machin sent the team out for the 2nd half to defend a 3-0 lead

2-2 Liverpool again under Ball.
Liverpool were in the FA Cup final the following week and weren't even trying and seemed embarrassed to be 2 up.....
 
On the basis of ‘infamous’ draws

1-1. Keith Curle (penalty) at the swamp. Whites subsequent miss at the death was the stuff of mares.

3-3 with rags at Maine Rd (Oct 90) after battering them and being 3-1 up. Year after the 5-1

Norwich 0-0. Away, midweek game around 90/91 (we were top having won our first 3 games). Took us about 8 hours to get there…couldn’t get a drink in the pub near the ground, worst/turgid 0-0 I’ve ever seen, and about 7 hours to get back. Admittedly a personal infamous game…
