Thanks for providing that - there is an awful lot of rubbish to wade through before you get to the bits that tell you anything. Assuming you add up from each table - like you I think his appearances for Lens in a Band 1 league, plus their (limited) appearance in a band 2 competition, plus his international appearances even for a country outside top 50 gets him through the criteria.
