I'm sorry but it appears nobody has noticed anything coincidental.

City (whether rightly or wrongly, probably the latter) and other clubs, have been accused of 'poaching' French talent, by some fat frog eating fool (who shall remain nameless), and now we are potentially setting up a 'link' between a French youth academy, do think accusations might just sweep under a carpet? This clearly puts the club in a better position to say that with its money it can help young talent across the world, rather than be seen by a biased media to hinder it

Furthermore is it possible that certain decisions from a particular sporting body will begin to get less harsh towards particular clubs where foreign investment is involved, or is that just fanciful thinking?

Any how time will tell
