Neither would play in this way whichever of us or Real they met in the final. Catenaccio would resurface, sadly.

Posted this in the refwatch thread after our game last night - UEFA do not want yellow cards, as yellows can lead to red cards. They don`t want any bans, and they want 11 a side on the pitch to ensure their product remains watchable. And crucially in relation to this game they do not want a team running way with the tie making the second leg a dead rubber.
