Does it actually tell you if you've successfully applied for an access code? I clicked on the link and, after a short delay, it just returned me to the 'fixtures' page, with nothing to indicate whether the request had been acknowledged or not.......

I got a confirmation email about 5 mins after

Yeah if didn’t receive I’d do it again. I’ve just rechecked and it won’t let me submit another so maybe just try again?

No email received, but when I try and click on the 'buy tickets' link again, it takes me through to a new 'UEFA Access Code' page that starts with a little spiel about junior Season Ticket members.....

Hmm mine gives me the option to ‘buy‘another but when I do it says my limit has been met.

Turns out mine was incomplete before it dumped me out. Resubmitted and now got confirmation email
