Anybody get stuck on the M60 today. Apparently looked bad with air ambulance?
Took us nearly 2hours to get to the ground and would not be surprised if some missed kick off.
Shocking junction joining at bredbury in the outside lane of a motorway

i was forewarned on the radio that the motorway was closed so joined the nose to tail queue crawling up to denton from bredbury & then on to the m67. luckily the traffic on ashton new road wasn't bad as we were running later than usual & my lad & i got to our seats just as the game kicked off.

and yes, it's an awful junction at bredbury, joining the 3rd lane with dickheads speeding in the 2nd lane so you can't pull in while other dickheads are flashing you from behind to get out of the way.

Yep, got stuck in the fucker, after diverting from the closed m1 at Nottingham!

We normally leave Nottingham at 11am get to Mary d's for 1pm,

Got in ground at 2.55pm

Fancied a quick bottle outside 110 only to be met by that black bloke at the bar who looked happy to be alive, had to snatch the bottle out his fucking hand, pouring like my mam used to pour me gravy!

City need to sort the bar staff out fast!

Hope the accident didn't cause to much pain!

I was about 200 yards away from the incident when the motorway got blocked off and was stuck there from 12:45 to 14:00. One car looked in a right state, which was overturned. Lucky to get out alive. 2 lads from Trafford FC (who were en route to play Mossley) had a walk down and found out the bloke was still breathing when being took on the stretcher to the air ambulance. Hope to god he's alright along with the other people. At least 5 or 6 ambulances were there. A BMW was smashed in as well and looked like it had hit the bridge
I wasn't bothered about the delays just glad it wasn't me caught in it as I had my baby in the back. First thing I thought of was it must be something to do with people joining on the outside lane at Bredbury. If I set off a minute before it could easily have been me involved.
It was quite surreal seeing a group of young kids playing football on the hard shoulder and a few people taking Dogs for a walk. Certainly Puts things in perspective when you see bad incidents like that.

Yes was stuck for over an hour. Messed up my plans somewhat. Ended up arriving just after kick-off sweaty and panting. Annoying really, I could've chosen a different route but thought the M60 would be quickest. Would have had an hour to spare if I'd taken the other route.

Obviously hope those involved were ok.

Where abouts in Nottingham? I'm in Colwick for last 3 years but originally from Manchester.

Where do you watch games in Nottingham?

There was an article in either the MEN or the Stockport Express a couple of years ago about that Bredbury junction, with the headline being something along the lines of ..
"How hasn't someone been killed here"

It was temporary junction from when the ring road (M60) was still being completed and no one's ever come up with the money to sort it out
