Just watched Rosemary's Baby (1968) on Sky Cinema and noticed the Dr. that dobbed Rosemary to the witches coven.

Is none other than Jonathan Mardukas from Midnight Run (1988)

I know this isn't really what the OP meant but John Sullivan, writer of Only Fools and Horses is in the pub in the scene where the Trotters walk in for the first time as millionaires.

In the same vein as the above post. In the film Erin Brokovitch with Julia Roberts. Erin Brokovitch is the waitress in the cafe and Ed Masry is a customer sat in the background. The film is a great watch by the way!!
