Watching the friendly game last night I though Adam Johnson looked a lot quicker then he did last season, it was either that or because the full back was mega slow and made AJ look fast.

Did anyone else pick up on this?? I hope AJ has improved his speed as it would raise his game a lot.

He looked slower and a bit dis-interested to me. Same old tricks etc. Needs to realise where he is.
