Seems to be a very attack-minded central mid almost in the vein of Tevez.
 
Looks a decent player and is only 19 and won't cost a fortune as well...
He tweeted "city" on his twitter account so I think he may very well be our first signing...

Be surprised if he came straight into our 1st team squad but Mancini knows what he is doing. Certainly sounds like a promising youngster.
