Addon/Extension help?

I have decided to give up on FF because of the flash issues (Always crashing) and have reverted back to google chrome.

Which is the best addon for downloading streaming stuff like movies and music (All legit of course).

Stick with FF, updating Flash should fix the crashing and if all else fails, downgrade to 10.3

I have done absolutely everything but just can't get that flash to stop crashing.

I've installed/uninstalled updated downdated but to no avail.

Have you looked at the suggestions in the link above? From what I can gather the 'last resort' solution regarding 'protected mode' seems to work.

I used the last resort method and will let you know how it pans out.
