I really hope MH doesn't go for the Ned/Lescott swap - Ned will be a star in a few years as he's a great player, has a fantastic attitude that's very rare amongst modern footballers, and is actually a Blue - which I think its important to have at least one of in the squad!

It would cost us far more in the long run to get someone like him back again once he's gone - I'd much rather see us pay £20million than £15million plus Ned. I just hope MH is of the same opinion.

He said the fee,terms and conditions were 100% agreed,however,Adebayor wants time to mull things over as he is unsure if it is in his best interests.He expects the deal to be concluded,one way or the other,over the weekend.

Adebayor's agent just said on Talksport that the deal is 100% done.
