adebayor......

Fabregas has an unreal amount of assists for Adebayor. Always seemed to be able to pick him out.

Are you thinking what I'm thinking? :)

Adebayor will get us a lot of important goals out of nothing I reckon, a great addition. That is why many gooners are bitter, I hope he has a fantastic game against them next week. I have a gut feeling he will go out with the intent to upset them and will give them a good run around.

I wonder if toure knows a few weak links and vulnerabilities in the gooner side which may help us.

not sure if we are bitter , more like relieved to be honest , he had a great first season where he got his head down , grafted and worked hard for the team and scored some great goals , but last season he was not there mentally , he was work shy and offside an unbelievable amount , his head had been turned the previous summer and it showed in his attitude , think most gooners i know were glad to get what you paid for him , out only regret is that wenger did not re invest that money in the squad . think he will do well for you this season as he does have a point to prove , and i guarantee he will score against us next week :(

Personally(and I've said it before on here), I think he was never quite an 'Arsenal type' player. It's ironic you say "he worked hard for the team", but I don't think it's been on the level has has done for this club. Why? Because it seemed to me that Mr Wenger limited Adebayor's game play to the last third of the field, in the main.

I think, here, he is free to roam and be all over the pitch, like a big playground. He knows where to be, eventually and I think this newer version of Adebayor, Arsenal will find a little harder to contend with.

That's just my observation over the last couple of games and years of Adebayor's play. You may, of course, disagree.
