I believe he’s going to PSV, who almost signed him earlier this season

The Dutch press reported that PSV, Club Brugge, and an English club (Spurs?), were interested in signing him. We were reportedly interested in either a loan or a sale, but in the case of the latter with a buy back clause. He’s entering the last year of his contract, so I imagine we may have to sell.
 
I don't know, I think it's quite a smart move.

Go get a season of first team football in a heavily scouted league, improve and learn, then his next move to a bigger club will more likely be successful.

I'm not even sure it's a step up although that's probably Blue tinted glasses (or arrogance maybe :) )

Aha well I've not a clue about Westerlo, but there's plenty of talent comes out of the league.

It should be a good platform for him to show his ability and potential in senior football.
