ADHD meds

Its a lot easier to knit your breath and thus control your heart ( what Mittleman called slow burn) with a hoop than running and consequently burn out is not a consideration...neither is the weather.

Interesting. Will look into this. Thank you very much for the info shared.

Small update. Managed to sleep ok but woke up frequently in the night. Taken second dose bit earlier today so see what happens. Yesterday was a great start

There's not a lot them emotional muscles cant fix, theyre primeval motherf*ckers..the soul of ya.

Ever seen one of them grumpy fat birds cant walk 2 mile...get em on the dance floor and theyre there for 4hrs beaming (east & west)...its hardly atom splitting tackle.

Basically the inside & outside of the foot is doing the same hoop rotation..trumps the racket variant because of its ambidextrous dynamic..which will centre things (you)..that and people are usually smiling doing it..stuck deep in the moment.

Today I started on adhd medication. Been struggling most of my life with adhd but I also have been diagnosed with autism, generalised aniexty disorder and body dysmoprhia.

The latter two I believe are due to untreated adhd for many many years. I currently take fluexotine (Prozac) but that hasn’t really touched the sides and the symptoms have been progressively getting worse.

I have managed to help the symptoms in the past with excessive drinking (now sober and have been for 3 years) and then excessive running (used to run 10K daily) but led to burnout. It’s been exhausting, it’s like permanently being on a rollercoaster with extreme highs, extreme lows and just barely being able to survive. Football and sports really being my main outlet.

Which leads me to today. It took a lot but today I started on concerta and I really hope this is the start of a good thing.

Just posting here as this forum has been a huge part of my life for 15/20 years and I’m pretty excited, anxious and intrigued to see where this new journey leads.

If anyone has had experience on this medication or similar I’d be intrigued to hear your thoughts.

Thanks
Best of luck Dma

Whilst a lot of bloggers and wellbeing people are now on hula hoops...they dont really know what is going on to self correct perhaps because theyve been educated to believe their mood derives from the brain in their canister opposed to it morphing from out of their middle. The emotional muscle makes the call upstairs.

A surf skate is a different barra to a fixed trick skateboard jumping up and down handrails in town...the front dips left & right..therefore sway can be generated to mimmick surfing ussr...hips like sway, flow state..its why kids shreik in joy when the gypsy kid spins the waltzer..good little tool at slowmo pace
